Can I Place My Order Over The Phone?



Orders can be placed over the phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Time. If you would like to place your order over the phone please call 402-249-4434.



Can I Checkout As A Guest Even If My Email Is Registered?
Yes, it is guest checkout by default.




How Long Will It Take If I Mail In The Catalog Order Form?

Due to the limited nature of some items, we strongly encourage customers ordering from our catalog to call in their order to our sales staff at 402-249-4434. If you do mail in an order please provide your most up-to-date contact information and allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. In some instances, we may not be able to fill your order and will contact you via the phone number or email address provided on your order.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?



We do not process payments until your order has been packaged for shipment and is ready for pickup by the shipping carrier you selected for your order. When Will I Receive My Order?



We make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. Central Time will begin processing the same day. Why Can't I Find A Product?



If you are unable to find a specific product on our site, then it is most likely out of stock.
